Friday Jan 23, 2026:
- Noon - meet at Edmonton-Brewhouse Windermere (6093 Currents Dr NW, Edmonton, AB T6W 0L9) for lunch and drinks
- 1230 hrs: Load bus at Edmonton-Brewhouse Windermere (6093 Currents Dr NW, Edmonton, AB T6W 0L9)
- 1300 hrs: Depart for Fernie Alpine Resort
- 1430 hrs: Red Deer pickups - location TBD
- 1600 hrs: Calgary pick-ups at the Sandman across from COP (125 Bowridge Drive) stretch and meal break
- 1630 PM: Depart Calgary
- 1830 PM: Stop at the AB/BC Boarder - Crows Nest Pass (booze goes under the bus)
- 1930 hrs: Approximate arrival at the Park Place (742 BC-3, Fernie, BC V0B 1M0)
- Evening: Get a good night's sleep, tomorrow will be a great day on the mountain. When staying in your room, please ensure the front and deck doors are closed to avoid noise complaints.
Saturday January 24, 2026:
- 0800 hrs: Load Bus and depart for Fernie Alpine Resort
- NOON: Meet up at top of the Mountain for a group Photo!
- Ski/ride Fernie all day!
- 1500 hrs: Meet for Apres at the Base of the Mnt..
- 1530 hrs: Load Bus
- 1600 hrs: Take your Bus back down to the Hotel.
- Evening: Party TBA
Sunday January 25, 2026:
- 0800 hrs: Tidy Room and load gear and depart for Fernie Alpine Resort
- Lifts open Ski/Ride all day
- 1530 hrs: Bus available for loading
- 1600 hrs: Depart for Edmonton
- 1930 hrs: Stop in Calgary for bite to eat plus drop offs in Calgary
- 2000 hrs: Depart Calgary
- 2130 hrs: Stop in Red Deer for Drop offs
- 2300 hrs: Arrive in Edmonton (make sure you have all your belongings)
